This is an hourly-rated position attached to a CC. Location: Bedok area

 

Duration: Immediate to 31 December 2025

 

Job Scope

-Perform day-to-day task for ‘Community Portal’

-Input, update, and maintain data in internal databases and spreadsheets.

-Maintain accurate records and documentation for reporting

-Answer and direct phone calls and emails.

-Support Community Centre operations and events as required.

 

Requirements

-Proficient with Microsoft Office

-Able to communicate well 

 

Working Hours/Days

Approximately 3 days per week

Two weekdays  and either weekend (Saturday or Sunday)  

9am to 6pm (up to 110 hours a month)

 

Hourly Pay: $13.00
