This is a 01-year contract position attached to a Community Club.  Location: Tampines area

 

Job Scope

You shall assist in the following areas

-Finance and Administrative Support (Including accounts payable and receivable processes, invoice submissions, payment follow-ups, collections and refund arrangements)

-Secretarial and Liaison Duties (Including preparing and compiling presentation slides and necessary reports).

-Administration/Operations (Including conducting weekly checks of rooms and facilities to ensure proper functioning of lighting, doors, projectors, and general cleanliness.)

 

Requirements

-O Level /LCCI Accounting 

-Preferably with relevant experience

 

Working Hours

Monday to Sunday (4 weekdays and one weekend)

9am to 6pm, 5 day week 

WFH once a week if schedule allows 

 

Salary Range $2,800 to $3,000 monthly
