This is a pivotal role to expand the corporate membership of the organization. This function is responsible for prospecting and acquisition of new members, driving engagement with key decision-makers, and ensuring strong conversion results aligned with performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree
- Preferably with relevant experience in sales, business development, or client engagement
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and resilient with the ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively within a team structure.
- Strong relationship-building and communication capabilities, with the confidence to engage and influence external stakeholders at senior levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to optimise outreach execution and performance strategies.
- Basic knowledge in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Work Days
Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
Salary range: $3,000 to $4,500 fixed, with commission on top of monthly salary. Average commission is $1,200 monthly.
