This is a one-year contract attached to a SME, providing hardware solutions for mechanical applications with regional offices in South East Asia. Location: Tai Seng area

 

Job Scope:

  • Process customers’ Purchase Orders (data entry)
  • Monitor inventory levels against customers’ forecast
  • Reschedule deliveries
  • Raise purchase requisition for stock, where necessary
  • Issue Delivery Orders and Invoices

 

Requirements

  • O Level or ITE qualifications
  • Knowledge of Excel

 

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm, 5day week
