Recruitment Consultant

Ace Recruiters is a recruitment agency which manages local placements across varied industries. Job Scope / Responsibilities

-Manage existing and new accounts
-Screen and manage recruitment of candidates outsourced to our clients for temporary hourly-rated and monthly-rated contract or permanent positions
-Manage contract terms and conduct briefing to contract staff on employment terms. 

-Manage advertisements via various social media platforms and job portals.

 

Requirements

-Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (Basic)

-Proficient in MS Word and Excel

-Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders – i.e. clients and staff

-Candidates without the academic qualifications but have the relevant experience and expertise may apply

-Mature candidates or candidates taking part-time undergraduate studies who can work long-term are welcome to apply

 

Working Hours
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm, 5-day week

 

Other Information

-Mode of work will be at office location, with flexibility to work remotely.

-Attractive fixed monthly salary depending on experience/qualifications

-No sales targets

 

Location of Office: @ Parklane Shopping Mall (walking distance from Dhoby Ghaut/ Bras Basah/ Bencoolen / Rochor)
