This is a temporary administrative position attached to a non-profit organisation supported by a statutory board that performs jobs matching to candidates.

 

Duration: Immediate for 3 to 6 months

 

Locations: Sengkang / Punggol / Pasir Ris

 

Job Scope

  • Provide job matching services to walk-in / call-in job seekers
  • Perform phone calls / WhatsApp / emails follow-up with job seekers on job referrals outcome
  • Answer phone calls
  • Update job seekers database promptly and accurately
  • Assist in all recruitment events
  • Any other duties assigned by Supervisor / Centre Manager

 

Requirements

  • O, A Levels, Diploma or Degree – Candidates who are awaiting NS, have just completed NS and/or are awaiting university admission / further studies or graduated recently
  • Candidates who are between jobs may apply
  • Willing to be based within Sengkang, Punggol and Pasir Ris areas
  • IT-savvy /proficient in MS Excel and physically fit to assist in events /logistics preparation for events

 

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm (1 hour break), 5-day week

 

Other Information

  • Overtime may be required when there are recruitment events
  • No requirement to work on weekends unless upon request
