Customer Service & Admin Executive

This is a permanent position attached to an enrichment centre, specialising in English language and the humanities. Location: North (Circle line)

 

Job Scope

  • Manage customer relations with clients, which include current and prospective parents and students
  • Communicate with parents and students on class schedules, new class offerings, class make ups and general educational announcements
  • Work with the management team to organise business processes and workflows relating to client communication, client data 
  • Assist teachers with the smooth running of classroom lessons
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the education centre
  • Effectively promote the company’s educational products and services to prospective clients

 

Requirements and Profile

  • Fresh Diploma graduates new to the workforce or mid-career professionals with prior experience in related areas.
  • Experience in the following: hospitality, customer service, business administration and client management.
  • Candidates who have worked in private enrichment and private education will be at an advantage.
  • Have strong administrative and organisational skills, to assist with the operational aspects of the business

 

Working Days

  • Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday
  • One weekend day off and one weekday off

 

Working Hours

  • Weekdays 8.30am to 6.30pm or from 12.30pm to 9.30pm. Usually there are two afternoon shifts
  • Weekend is 8.30am to 6.30pm.
