Manager/Senior Manager, IT

This is a permanent position attached to a ground engineering solutions provider for private and public sector works. Location: West

 

Job Scope

-Review and develop IT policies, SOPs and business contingency plan for the organization

-Lead the IT team to identify, recommend, develop, implement and support cost-effective technology solutions for the organization

-Manage key IT projects to ensure that they meet requirements and achieve the desired objectives

-Liaise with various working groups and vendors to facilitate timely completion of various IT projects

-Constant review of IT systems and the relevant processes that help improve operational efficiency and effectiveness of the organization

-Assist companies in liaising with third party in developing software that enhances operational efficiency

-Ensure that the IT system is resilient to cyber attack and complying with cyber security requirements

-Review the infrastructure of the current IT system to ensure efficiency and economical system being attained

 

Requirements

-Recognised Degree in Computer Science or its equivalent

-Minimum 8 years of relevant experience which includes 3 – 4 years’ experience in managerial role

-Experience in ERP implementation is required

-Strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills in revolving technical and operational issues

-Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & SS506/OHSAS 18001:2007 will be an advantage

 

Salary range $6,500 and $10,000 p/m
