IT Executive

This is a permanent position attached to a Japanese MNC. Location: Potong Pasir/Macpherson 

 

Job Scope

-Provide IT support to domestic and remote users (Hardware/ Software/ Network)

-Maintain inventory for hardware and software

-Responsible for all IT related matters (J-Sox, Server, Printer, Wi-Fi)

-Responsible for control procedures including physical and data security

-Participate and support Business IT projects

-Administer operational systems and applications such as Windows 2016 active directory, Hyper V and website

-Administration of LAN/WAN, VPN network and firewall

-Responsible to maintain IT documentation such as invoices, quotations, manual, certificates and license agreement.

-Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements

-Minimum Diploma holders

–Experience in IT infrastructure and server will be advantageous

-Experience in troubleshooting PCs, hardware, software, Windows OS and emails related issues

-Provide support out of normal operating hours as required

 

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

 

Salary range $3,200 to $4,000
