Temporary to Permanent Admin Assistant (Legal Executive)

This is a temporary to permanent position attached to a boutique legal firm. Location: Rochor area

 

Duration: 03 months, convertible to permanent full time as Legal Executive 

 

Job Scope

-Typing simple emails/letters/standard court documents, corresponding with clients (phone or WhatsApp), collating/sorting documents, scheduling, posting letters and other general admin duties.

-Transcribe oral instructions from lawyer into written form (e.g. onto an email or letter)

 

Requirements

-Able to follow instructions

-Able to note down oral instructions quickly on paper

-Honest with high level of integrity

-Able to work independently

-Good telephone and Whatspp manners

-Meticulous and careful as you may need to do a fair bit of proof-reading and fact checking

-Prepared to take on ad hoc duties if needed (e.g. to do banking errands/mailing of letters)

-IT savvy (MS Office) 

 

Working Hours/Days

Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, minimum 3 days per week for the first 3 months

 

Hourly Pay $12.00
