This is a temporary position attached to a trade union. Location: Paya Lebar
Duration: 03 months from May 2026 to August 2026
Job Scope
• Assist in processing grant applications, including eligibility checks and documentation reviews
• Support the verification of claims and ensure submissions meet grant criteria
• Respond to applicant queries via email, phone, or in-person communication
• Follow up with applicants to clarify or complete submissions
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for audit and reporting purposes
• Draft summaries, tracking sheets, and administrative reports as required
• Support outreach or engagement logistics, where applicable
• Perform general administrative duties to support the grant management team
Requirements
-Diploma or Degree
-Relevant experience in administrative support, finance, or grants preferred
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, 5 day week
Monthly Pay: $2,600
