
This is a permanent position attached to a SME which provides car park operation and management services.
Location: Tai Seng/ Machperson
Job Scope
-Perform car park administrative duties
-Handle clients’ enquiries through calls and email
-Handle invoices in a timely manner
-Assist in processing and updating clients’ data
-Perform month-end closing duties
-Any other duties assigned.
Requirements
-Diploma in any discipline
-Experience in handling accounts and other relevant work experience
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Pleasant personality, able to work well in a team
-Proactive and able to take initiative
-Organized, meticulous
-Able to start work immediately or at short notice will be advantageous.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm
Monthly Remuneration $2,500 – $2,800 range
