
This is a temporary position attached to HQ. Location: Jalan Besar
Duration: 03 months (October 2025 to January 2026)
Job Scope
-Take attendance and maintain participant records
-Order refreshments for participants and volunteers
-Administrative tasks
-Non-heavy logistics management
-Undertake additional duties as directed by supervising officer
Requirements
-Diploma in Event Management or related field
-Event planning experience
-Proficiency in MS Office and event software
-Familiarity with Malay culture, traditions and community dynamics (preferred)
-Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required
Working Hours
Monday-Friday (except Wednesdays): 9am to 6pm
Wednesdays 2pm to 10pm
Monthly Pay: $2,580 to $2,800
