Memberships Specialist

This is a pivotal role to expand the corporate membership of the organization.  This function is responsible for prospecting and acquisition of new members, driving engagement with key decision-makers, and ensuring strong conversion results aligned with performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree
• Preferably with relevant experience in sales, business development, or client engagement
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and resilient with the ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively within a team structure.
• Strong relationship-building and communication capabilities, with the confidence to engage and influence external stakeholders at senior levels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to optimise outreach execution and performance strategies.
• Basic knowledge in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Work Days

Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

Salary range: $3,000 to $4,500 fixed, with commission on top of monthly salary. Gross monthly salary range $4,700 to $6,200.
